One of the top things people hate about their bosses is when they micromanage.
That isn’t too surprising.
People generally hate it when others tell them what to do, down to the microscopic detail.
Others says its fine, because it shows that the boss cares.
Personally, I hate it when my boss tells me to do something (especially when I disagree on how) without telling me why.
Unless you are in the military, then you better not question your superior! =)
Of course there are always two sides to a story.
But we will not have the luxury of time and convenience to understand everything before we make a decision.
