Purpose is what drives us.
It will cut through the dust and dirt, and clarify your thoughts better than anything.
Purpose + effort multiplied over time is what produces results.
Working as hard as you may will get you nowhere if you don’t know the purpose.
We started with running kick-ass hackathons, developing the startup communities and gradually moved towards advanced innovation programs with corporates and venture building models.
Now, we are diving deeper into more purpose-driven innovation vehicles and carving out niches in nascent but blossoming sectors to expand the entire ecosystem.
I was young once too.
So for all the younger folks reading this, I was exactly like you.
The only tangible difference between me and you is 10 years.
10 years to hone your craft, to learn new skills, to develop strong networks, to cultivate that passion in whatever you do and to give it your all.
Learn to do what you enjoy and enjoy what you do.
Find that balance and keep moving forward.
